Felt brooches are a great accessory for all seasons, and during the cold season they seem even more beautiful. Wool lumps of emotion that you can carry with you, filling a frosty day with a warm cozy mood...
I suggest you create your favorite brooch for yourself, so that your winter becomes a little warmer :)
To work, you will need:

• Gray wool • the Basis for brooches
* Pink wool • Backing
* Needles 36, 38 * straight * Scissors
* Reverse needle no. 38-40 • Glue moment crystal
• Slicker brush • Wire 0,7-1mm
• Simple 2m pencil • Red watercolor pencil/shadow/blush/dry pastel

Giving the desired shape to a flat part. With a rough needle, we roll a bundle of wool on the substrate, periodically turning the part over. Then we form it, sinking down the sides, and outline the areas of the head and hips.

We are increasing the volume. Add small portions of wool, make the hips and cheeks bulge.

Making a clasp. Try on the base for the brooch and fall under its size "groove", paste the accessories, press well.

We roll the jumper, fasten and mask the fastener

Working out the details. We work with needle number 38. Refine the shape of the back, hip, allocated muzzle, nose, whiskers pads and covered his eyes

Roll your ears. Form two identical round parts, leaving one edge with non-metallic fibers (for further connection of the ears with the head). Work with the needle 38, roll only on the surface, without taking the needle deep. To make the part flat and dense, it must be rolled on both sides. Place a thin layer of pink wool on one ear. Fill it up well.

Holding the part with your fingers, fill up and align the ends of the ears

I make the back ear slightly looser than the front one, and adjust it after the rollover.

Determine the desired location, roll; if necessary, add a little wool to the joint, align the joint.

Making a ponytail. Measure about 20 cm of wire, bend in half, twist, pinch the tip with pliers. Separate a long strand from the pink-colored comb ribbon, smear it with glue, and wrap the wire frame tightly. Make sure that the woolen strand is not twisted

Make a deep hole, try on the tail, cut off the excess.

Match the transition from the back to the tail with gray hair.

Tint. Use a simple 2M pencil (eye shadow/dry pastel) to darken all the creases/depressions/dimples. Use a red pencil (shadow/blush/dry pastel) to brown your cheeks.

Back of the brooch. A small strand of pink color fix the tail in the area of the head.

Align the surface of the backdrop - 1 way. Gently fluff only the top layer, then tuck it back in with a thin needle. 2 way. Very small tangled tufts of wool lay all the irregularities and fill up with a thin needle. In both cases, the punctures should be located as close to each other as possible.

Push. Use the reverse needle to carefully traverse the entire surface. Comb your hair with a fluffer. Raise the pile, cut almost "under zero", comb again, trim the excess with scissors. Haircut is more convenient to direct against the" growth " of wool.

The mouse is ready to decorate the hostess's outfits!
