Self-Taught Cook Named Jessica Bakes Christmas Pies — And They Are Gorgeous!

Jessica Leigh Clark-Bojin is no ordinary baker. She makes great pies that are sure to become the main attraction of a dinner. See for yourself:

Until a few years ago, Jessica could only bake ordinary pies, but it seemed too boring to her. She started experimenting with form and content, and now her pies look like this:

For comparison I will also add a photo of one of the old pies:

As you can see, it all started with less beautiful photos and less neat baking. Nevertheless, they brought her popularity. Now her pies look much cooler and more professional:

Jessica says that the secret ingredient of her baking is love for her work — and it's easy to believe!

Of course, Jessica doesn't just bake pies for New year and Christmas, as well as she doesn't sit around for the rest of the year. She creates these complex shaped cakes in order to prove that homemade pies can be no worse than expensive posh wedding cakes.

And she also makes pies in the form of characters from her favorite movies: for example, Harry Potter.

Sometimes her passion for cinema and love of winter holidays are combined here in such pies:

But still, Christmas cakes attract special attention — in the end, they brought her popularity. In addition to all those cute things there are quite unusual specimens of festive pies in her collection. For example, she once baked a pie with the lyrics of Frank Sinatra's "Let it snow". I'm sure that when you look at it, the melody starts spinning in your head.

And this pie is her most difficult work, according to Jessica. The snow globe on it is made by hand from sugar glass!

But even simpler pies cause the same admiration — although no one would have the heart to call them simple!

Option for children is also available:

And here is the pie with the symbol of 2020 :) By the way, it's made with cheese!

It would definitely be popular on New Year's Eve :) And you would like to have such a cake on your holiday table?
