Amazing and Edible Landscapes

Artist Carl Warner from London creates food landscapes. He says: "I try to create traditional landscapes to convince the audience that they see a usual picture at first sight. When people understand from what my work is really made, they smile, and for me this is the best reward."

Carl Warner's landscapes are carefully collected from food: broccoli, carrots, corn, bacon, cereals, fish, greens, bread and so on. Carl called his style "foodscapes". He spends a lot of time coming up with each landscape before he gets to work. The artist can look at vegetables at supermarkets for a long time, so many people consider him a weirdo.

Most of the photos by Carl consist of several layers, which are then collected in one composition. Due to this, landscapes acquire volume and expressiveness.
