Wedding Gown by Tony Ward for Jane Zhang from China

Tony Ward fashion house shared the process of creating a wedding dress for singer Jane Zhang from China. The creation of this magnificent dress with a train took about 350 hours.

Chinese brides know a lot about chic wedding dresses. Chinese women more often abandon traditional red wedding dresses and choose luxurious outfits that will make even daughters of rich sheikhs or Russian tycoons blush shamefully. Chic lace, crinolines, trains and a scattering of crystals — it is impossible to look away from such a beauty.

We are closely following the process. Here the mannequin is dressed in a ready boned bodice of the corset, and the fabric with a transferred pattern of embroidery is placed on it. Then magic begins!

Luneville crocheting is performed on the grid. These are small decorative elements of sequins, cutting of milk color, sparkling rhinestones and gold threads. Then they are cut and sewn in the form of applications on the fabric of the skirt, consisting of separate bands. This is unbelievable beauty!

We will see the final process of decorating the skirt with embroidered appliqués. Elements are manually placed and sewn on the outfit, creating wavy lines. The pattern looks fragile and light.

Here the girl shows a dress on a runway. The bride shines in it at the wedding!
