Stylish Embroidered Coats, Jackets by Paolo Sebastian 2018-19

The latest Paolo Sebastian Haute Couture autumn-winter 2018-19 embodied all the best features of aristocratic fashion. Paul Vasileff was inspired by the Russian ballet, The Nutcracker. Wonderful images, dear fabrics, light skirts and luxurious trimming — all of these immerses us in a dreamlike world...

"Tailoring is an important part of what we do at Paolo Sebastian. The tailored pieces have to be assembled by hand and this is important for us because we use a variety of vintage traditional techniques in our craftsmanship that may not be seen anymore," said Paul Vasileff.
Delicate airy outfits of lace and mesh complement the black jackets and coats with embroidery. Two jackets in the black same color were created for the collection: short and long, decorated with embroidery, depicting wildflowers. Exquisite volume embroidery is made by hand from sequins, glass beads, and metal threads.

The presented outfits have long narrow sleeves and high collars. The long jacket collar and sides without embroidery, short-trimmed with embroidery with twigs and border. Sleeves at the bottom of the dresses are also decorated with embroidery. The short jacket`s cuffs are embroidered with border and twigs.

We present two coats — black narrow long and loose Burgundy. They are decorated with stunning embroidered floral patterns of gold and silver threads. The theme of flowers in the ballet is highlighted — a real "Waltz of Flowers" was created by Paolo Sebastian. We admire the work and details, as well as the process of embroidery!
