Designer and artist Chengyen Lee from the island of Taiwan was trained in Lessage Embroidery School. His workshop — Atelier Chengyen LEE — is now located in Nantes, France. He opened a new vision that breathed new life into his embroidery process.

Chengyen Lee writes: "I believe that embroidery requires new expression, it is necessary to transfer it to the modern language. After all, with the help of embroidery, you can show a new form of art, express your feelings in the language of the present, make them visible and allow people to perceive them.
