Palette Knife Painting by Albini Leblanc

An extraordinary artist Albini Leblanc was born in 1947 in Canada on Gaspe Peninsula.

Albini Leblanc from an early age loved art and had creative inclinations, but became a teacher. For a long time, painting for Leblanc was a hobby. For the first time the artist showed his works at his exhibition in 1979. His work got noticed and was appreciated by many critics. Since 1980, Leblanc began to hone his technique of painting with a palette knife more diligently. In 1984, he moved with his family to Montreal, completely devoting himself to artistic activities and leaving teaching practice.

His manner of painting Albini takes from Impressionists, honing his technique of painting with a palette knife in small formats. Bright and colorful works have a unique handwriting of the artist. Artfully depicted houses with a decorative distortion of the slope of the lines, as if they gave space to the sky and air. Unusual urban, rural landscapes and still lives.

These are wonderful works by Albini Leblanc.
