To continue the topic of trash bags, I want to show you how to make a handmade basket for small things.

I needed trash bags (1 pack) and acrylic paint.

In the process, I thought it would have been more interesting and tighter if the braid were thicker. For example, do not cut one package into three strips, but use 3 strips of whole packages.

Also, you can glue the braids to a ready blank if you do not like to sew :)

I sewed them together with other bags, using a needle with a large eye. What`s important, the needle should go through the strands of the braid, I showed it in the video.

As for the smell, it disappears. Alternatively, you can cut the package into strips and leave them for about a week.

I painted it with acrylic paint. The paint was applied with a dry brush. After drying, acrylic paint crumbled a little because I applied it in a thick layer. I also solved this problem by shaking the basket.
