You have not yet learned how to sew a zipper, the thought of a complex clasp does not let you start something to sew? Here is an unusual lock for you.

Combination of button and frame in one.

You will need:

• cotton for the outside of the purse;
• cotton for lining;
• interlining;
• a piece of dense dublerin;
• lock-frame;
• self-disappearing marker;
• scissors;
• threads;
• sewing machine.

The pattern is attached to the tutorial and can be downloaded. When you print it, make sure your printer is set to print in real size.

Cut out two parts of the main fabric with outsize and two parts of non-slip, non-seam outsizes.

Cut two pieces of fabric for lining with outsize.

From the main fabric cut two rectangles measuring 9*3 cm. Fold them in 2 halves with fronts inward.

Stitch it up. At the beginning and at the end of the seam make a clip. Turn out both parts, fold in half along and iron.

Put the folded parts on the front side of the main part (folds inside) according to the marks on the pattern. Pin.

Put it on top, lining detail inside out. Put all the details together.

Lay the line.

Half the work is done, put those details aside. Go to the second half of the bag.

Drag a point from the pattern to set the button.

Seal this place with dublerin.

Apply the lines on which you will make slots for the magnetic button. Make holes.

Insert the magnetic button into these holes, put a matching circle on top, straighten the antennae of the button.

On the front side of the main part, place the front side of the lining part. Pin two parts.

Lay the line.

Iron the details as shown in the photo.

Fold the two parts with the front sides inside, pin.

Lay the line around the perimeter, leaving a hole for turning out. At the beginning and end of the seam make a clip.

Turn out the resulting bag. Lay the line along the remaining hole.

Tuck the lining of the bag inside and put the lock as shown in the photos. Begin to insert the lock in the first tab.

Then in the second tab.

The bag is ready.

Moving the ring to which the second part of the button along the guides is attached, the wallet opens and closes.
