Absolute Harmony: a 70-year-old Couple Combines Their Clothes and Creates a Single Look

The Japanese Tsuyoshi and Tomi Seki have been together since 1980. They met when they were students of an art school. After the wedding, Tsuyoshi engaged in design and marketing, and Tomi raised a daughter. They often had the same taste in clothing, but with age, when their hair became gray, the couple decided to play with their similarity. Many families dress in the same style ("family look") for photo shoots or special occasions, but Tsuyoshi and Tom began to combine their normal everyday look. Sometimes it's the same elements of clothing such as scarves. Sometimes they use diagonal elements — his pants match the color of her blouse, and her skirt matches his shirt. Sometimes a picture on Tsuyoshi's bag echoes Tomi's dress ornament, or they can be both dressed in striped jackets, but the stripes are of different colors. The spouses buy clothes in the most usual international stores, choosing rather laconic and comfortable items. The joint look is completely unobtrusive, natural.

One day, their daughter posted a photo of her parents on a social network, and this caused a huge response. As the result, Tsuyoshi and Tomi made a website, taking the bonpon511 nickname — a combination of their childhood nicknames and wedding date. Now the couple has fans all over the world, they prepare to release their own clothing line and publish their own book. The purpose of their book is to inspire the elderly, showing that there are still many opportunities for creative realization in the most unexpected areas. Let's take a look at the images of the Seki spouses!

Perhaps this is my favorite photo — similar sweaters, and almost similar coats in different colors.
