The Famous 'Bubbles' by Photographer Melvin Sokolsky

Melvin Sokolsky is a talented self-taught photographer born in 1933 in New-York. He never specifically studied photography. At the age of ten, he took a camera for the first time — it belonged to his father — and started practicing. Still very young (21) he was invited to work at Harper's Bazaar and then there were other prestigious magazines like Esquire, Vogue. His works are in collections of many museums in the world.

Probably, his most famous photo shoot is the Bubble inspired by Bosch's painting The Garden of Earthly Delights. It was 1963 and how did he manage to shoot like that? The only thing that was cleaned in photos was a cable holding the bubble.
