Charity organization EuroNatur has announced the results of its annual photography contest Europe's Nature Treasures 2018. The competent jury has selected 12 best photographs paying tribute to the beautiful, diverse, enchanting and majestic world of nature.

'Nature is the basis of human life on Earth. The diversity of species and habitats is obligatory for a healthy environment. That is why the top aim of EuroNatur and its partners is the preservation of clean rivers, ancient forests and cultural landscapes of Europe in its original form', says the organizers of the competition.

This year, the competition of photographers was held for the 25th time: the organizers had considered three and a half thousand applications from 892 photographers. Photos of the winners will be published in the official calendar and journal of the foundation and presented on sponsors and partners' websites.
