I have been making dolls since 2009, and every year I try to complicate the process. This results in completely new doll types that takes me at least two months (modelling, casting, processing, backing, painting, sewing a garment...). But this time I decided to just relax and simplify the process. In the end, a doll was born in one night. I offer to follow the process and try it :)
Every doll passes through the following steps:

1. Modelling.
2. Creation of the body frame.
3. Clothing.
4. Hair.
5. Painting.
6. Accessories.

Modelling

You need:

1. Sculpey.
2. Foil.
3. Stacks (tools for modelling).
4. Art knife.
5. Rectangular brush (synthetic).
6. Water.

Start with the head:

Make the eyes:

The ears:

Make a cut at the top of the head and a hollow for the neck:

Make the shoulders:

Now the hands:

Remember about the joints:

The shoes:

Bake the parts:

After baking, let all parts cool down. Remove the foil from the chest and process its inner part.

Creating a body frame

Make a sketch. Mine is in cm.

You need:

1) Floral wire 1mm

2) Pliers

3) Ruler

Thus, you get four elements:

Add new joints:

Add the baked details:

And wrap with Sculpey:

To make the body, you need:

1. Wire.
2. Glue.
3. Disposable fleece wipes (it's like wet wipes, but without moisture and are sold in rolls).
4. Scissors.

Join the head and the shoulders:

Join the head and neck of the doll, with the help of such tools:

1. Hat elastic.
2. Wooden stick for coffee.

Paint the shoes:

And glue the body to the shoulders:

Clothing

Select fabrics:

Wrap the legs:

Stitch the skirt:

Then proceed to decoration, take:

1. Thin cotton lace.
2. Half bead ribbon.
3. Silk ribbons.

Sew the lace to the top:

Decorate the shoulders and the shoes, add the half bead ribbon:

Hair

Take:

1. Goat red wool.
2. Moment Glue.
3. Scissors.

When all strands are glued, gently comb the hair:

Painting

Use:

1. Acrylic paints.
2. Thin and thick brushes.
3. A glass of water.

Paint the eyes the following way:

1. The whites of the eyes.
2. Brown irises.
3. Black pupils.
4. White glare.

The eyebrows:

The lips and rouge:

Accessories

Glue the eyelashes...

Take:

1. Ribbon.
2. Transparent nail polish.
3. Pins.
4. Scissors.
