An 87-year-old Spanish lady from the city of Valencia called Concha García Zaera has become an Internet star in just a few days — the talented woman draws masterpieces... in the standard Microsoft Paint program!

This all started about ten years ago when the artist's children presented her a computer. Her husband was seriously ill, and Concha stayed at home for long to take care of him. 'I used to paint with oil but the smell of paints has a bad effect on my husband's health', says the woman. 'There are no such problems with the computer. I started with simple objects: houses, mountains and then worked through the details. The result was a beautiful picture.' She takes the ideas for digital paintings from the postcard collection of her husband.

'I don't know why my pictures caused such a stir. I'm just painting,' says the pensioner. However, Concha's Instagram account has already gained more than a hundred thousand subscribers.

It takes the artist about two weeks to make one detailed image.
