On May 16, 1968, a boy was born in a simple working family in the city of Lugansk. His parents named him Gennady. The boy had a remarkable interest in arts, he always drew and one of his brightest impressions is the first watercolour set, shapeless brush and a small glass of water.

One summer day, in his early childhood, Gennady was walking down the park with his father and saw painters working in the open air. He couldn't help stopping: one of the artists was sitting on a chair and making a sketch of a thick oak trunk. This occasion might have become the starting point in the boy's life.

I am much fascinated with the richness and brightness of colours in his works, the clarity and skill with which the author depicts nature. The sea implemented with just a couple of brushes is fascinating; still lives seem to produce the fragrance even from the device screen, and forests beckon with their beauty and mystery... Well, you never know what adventures can expect a curious researcher :)
