I offer you to look into an apartment in Copenhagen, the interior of which has not changed since 1898.
Till 1960-es, the apartment belonged to two spinsters — sisters who didn't change a thing. And they never got married fearing to lose this apartment because according to their father's will, a married daughter should leave the apartment, and the apartment should then belong to the unmarried daughters.
The public learned about the unique apartment when one of the grannies called to public utilities to fix something. The apartment has completely saved the interiors of the Victorian epoch, nothing has changed.
