An Example of Decorating a Coffee Table with a Stained Glass Pattern
Here I'm telling about one of my projects — decorating a table with stained glass paints.

Prepare the following tools and materials, and your work space:
  • glass surface to be painted; I bought this table at IKEA
  • acrylic contour, bronze or brass
  • organic stained glass paints
  • cotton swabs
  • dry wipes
  • alcohol for degreasing
  • your sketch, or use mine
  • sticky tape

Protect the work surface from damages and paint. Then fasten the pattern under the glass with a double sided tape.

Transfer the pattern with the contour:

Another side:

That's done. Let the contour dry well.

Put a sheet of white paper under the glass. Start painting with the center.

To spread paint over glass, I use a wooden stick.

I recommend to always start with one colour.

When you're over with the first colour, take another:

Stained glass paints look really bright and intensive!

The closer to the edge, the lighter the paints:

Let the paint dry horizontally.

Voila! Wish you a pleasant time creating!
