I want to show a simple and effective tip how to decorate felted items at the example of Russian valenki boots.

You need

• acrilyc paint
  
• brushes
• pencil
• embroidered blanks

1. Mark the surface on the boots you want to decorated. Use pencil. Prime this surface with PVA glue. Use a flat brush:

2. When the glue is dry, paint acrylic silhouettes of butterflies, colorful spots or anything else.

3. Apply the decor you want. I layed out embroidered butterflies, then glue and pin them.

4. After drying, sew them around the contour. All is done!)
