The tutrorial is based on a true story. I was tailoring a costume for two girls and suddenly there one more task appeared to make nice hats. So, I took the order and I think anyone can make it :)

You can take a cardboar, a tape bobbin and beautiful cloth:

Cut out a circle of the desired diameter out of cardboard.

Cut out a circle 1.6 larger then the diameter and a round 1.5 diameter from fabric:

Fold, sew and tighten the edges around the cardboard blanks:

Glue or sew the two pieces together:

Glue some flowers:

Add an elastic:

And enjoy the result! :)
