I want to share with you an idea how to use felt when making a jewelry.

You need

- a piece of thick felt of good quality

- a piece of leather

- findings for brooches

- glue

- scissors

- the main characters — felted balls

Cut the balls into halves.

I chose a burgundy ball. Carefully glue it on thick felt.

Embroider around the edge of the ball. Pick by one or two seed beads and sew them tightly to each other.

Then add another row.

And more beads of matching colors.

Once the desired motif is completed, I start cutting out the embroidery. Important: I always leave the last row unembroidered, and do it after the blank is cut out from felt, in order not to accidentally damage the embroidery.

Sew up to the end.

Now take leather and cut out the backside. Attach a brooch pin.

At this stage the situation does not look very nice, but the edge of the leather will be stretched with threads later.

Embroider the edge, seed beads should hide it.
