- and the neck of a plastic bottle

Shape the carcass.

Develop 'muscles' of the beauty, dry the rest parts (like the head) separately. When everything is dry, assemble all and form the neck. Dry.

Here's the most interesting begins: you can turn the doll into a Spring Quadrille Girl or a fiery Carmen. In short, bring the details to perfection!

Do not forget anything: peplum on the jacket, or frill on the skirt, or a hair-net...

...And a cambric handkerchief in a hand!

Use any pattern or paint you want: flowers, twigs, leaves or deep blue hues :)))
