If you are allergic to washing powders, make homemade washing gel. It's very simple!

Boil one litre of water and dissolve 50 g of any soap in it, grated on a coarse grater. Remove the pan from the heat and add 45 g of soda ash.

Stir:

Let it cool down at room temperature. This gel does not foam, but washes clothes very well, especially when presoaking. The consumption of the gel is approximately the same as of washing powder.
